Organic search, also called as web search, is strictly calculated algorithmically and meets the needs of users and is not affected by paid advertising.

There are different types of results, whether they are explicit pay per click ads, shopping results or other results where the search engine or result is showing.

Factors influencing organic search rankings

While paid search ads are a great way to get instant exposure on search engines, you should also work to increase your organic rankings. With a strong presence in both paid and organic search engine results, you can increase your visibility and no matter what type of business you are running, if you want to attract customers and revenue. Some commonly recognized organic results ranking factors that determine the SERPs of aggregate and immovable individuals include:

  • Search engine’s quality algorithms (such as Google Panda)
  • User’s locations
  • User’s search history
  • User’s preferred websites and search patterns
  • Content recommendations from logged-in searcher’s social contacts

If you improve your website’s chances of paying, it lowers your quality. The main purpose of SEO is to attract people to your search. Good SEO helps search engines find and understand your site.
